The 26 years old is a Dutch fashion designer, who studied fashion at Central Saint Martins – London & managed to have internships at Sophia Kokosalaki and Alexander McQueen.
Van der Ham’s SS2012 collection was inspired by “Andy Warhol‘s” dresses which he designed in the 70s using couture dresses by significant designers as a project for an exhibition curated by Diane Vreeland, the collection was a great success due to its unique and out standing idea although it was mainly in blacks and grays. His new collection for Summer/Spring 2012 took place at London Fashion week and was absolutely one of the best shows. The collection was full of colors, prints and texture all combined together to create a very wearable collage, his cuts are beautiful and it compliments women’s body and curves, his accessories and shoes are no exception they had the same concept of collage which we can call it a Van der Ham’s trademark…
